Last Updated: 2026

Group S Racing™ operates as a digital motorsport infrastructure platform connecting drivers, teams, leagues, and licensed Titles. This policy outlines participation requirements, payout eligibility, hosting standards, and compliance protections.

Participation in any Group S event, Title, or reward program constitutes agreement to this policy.

1. Nature of Participation

Group S Racing™ provides coordination, standings tracking, and reward infrastructure.

Participation:

  • Does not create employment, partnership, or agency relationships.

  • Does not guarantee compensation.

  • Is voluntary and community-driven.

Payouts and rewards are conditional upon verified eligibility and compliance with platform standards.

Group S welcomes young drivers with proper safeguards.

  • A verified parent or legal guardian must act as the official payee.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for tax obligations related to rewards.

Hosting Restrictions
  • Hosts must be 18+.

  • A minor may not act as the sole official host or payee.

  • If a minor assists in hosting, a parent/guardian must co-sign and assume financial responsibility.
