Welcome to Group S Racing. By participating in our events or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Group S Racing website, Discord servers, mobile applications, and services (collectively, “Services”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

2. Services Overview

Group S Racing operates as a marketing platform and sim racing community hub that connects drivers, teams, sponsors, and pro drivers. Services include:

Organizing sim racing events and competitions.
Providing sponsor-branded community spaces, websites, and Discord servers.
Offering promotional opportunities for motorsport companies and partners.
Selling event tickets, memberships, and subscriptions for exclusive content.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any Services without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or older if required by your country) to participate. By using our Services, you confirm that:

You have the authority to enter into these Terms.
If you are a minor, you have permission from a parent/guardian.

4. Accounts & Membership

Registration: You may need to register for an account to participate in events or access features. You agree to provide accurate, current information.
Discord Integration: Certain features require joining our Discord servers. By doing so, you agree to abide by Discord’s Terms of Service and our community rules.
Membership Fees: Subscriptions or memberships may auto-renew unless canceled per the platform’s instructions.

5. Sponsor & Driver Host Agreements

Event sponsors, driver hosts, and contractors must sign separate agreements outlining deliverables, compensation, and responsibilities. These Terms apply to all users, but additional contractual obligations may apply based on your role.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

Engage in harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior.
Cheat or exploit events, games, or platforms.
Upload or distribute copyrighted or illegal content without proper rights.
Misrepresent your affiliation with Group S Racing.

We may suspend or ban accounts for violations, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials published by Group S Racing LLC, including our trademarks, logos, event materials, and platform content, are the property of Group S Racing LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without prior written consent. Sponsors retain ownership of their branding and content used on our platform, subject to any signed agreements.

Third-Party Game Content:

We host events on third-party gaming platforms (e.g., Gran Turismo 7, iRacing, F1 25, Le Mans Ultimate, and others). All game titles, logos, footage, and related imagery are owned by their respective publishers. Group S Racing LLC makes no claim to ownership of these properties and uses them only for descriptive and community event purposes in compliance with publisher terms.

8. Payments, Refunds, and Prizes

Payments for event tickets, memberships, and sponsorship packages are processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Wix, Whop, PayPal).
All sales are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Event prizes (e.g., gift cards, cash payouts) are awarded based on published event rules. Group S Racing is not responsible for taxes on prizes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided “as is.” Group S Racing LLC is not liable for:

Technical issues or interruptions.
Losses or damages arising from use of our Services.
Actions of sponsors, driver hosts, or third-party vendors.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or other reasons deemed appropriate to protect the community.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12. Disclaimer

Group S Racing is an independent sim racing events and marketing platform. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Polyphony Digital, Sony, iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, Electronic Arts, Studio 397, or any other game publisher. All game names, logos, and images are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
