Group S Racing™ Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Group S Racing™ (“Group S,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, mobile app, Discord servers, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.

1. Nature of the Platform

Group S Racing™ operates as a digital motorsport infrastructure and marketing platform that connects:

  • Sim racing drivers

  • Teams and leagues

  • Motorsport companies (“Titles”)

  • Sponsors and partners

Group S provides:

  • Title licensing infrastructure

  • Standings tracking

  • Reward and payout coordination

  • Community tools

  • Sponsor engagement systems

Group S does not operate racing games, control third-party platforms, or manage independent leagues directly.

We act as a coordinating and facilitation layer within the sim racing ecosystem.

2. Independent Events & League Responsibility

Teams, leagues, and hosts operate independently.

By hosting or participating in an event:

  • Hosts are responsible for event structure, rules, scheduling, and execution.

  • Participants acknowledge that Group S does not control gameplay, officiating, or race outcomes.

  • Hosts must provide accurate participation and results data for payouts or rewards to be processed.

Group S reserves the right to deny payouts or rewards if submitted data is incomplete, fraudulent, or inconsistent with published guidelines.

3. Title Structure & Sponsor Participation

Motorsport companies may operate licensed “Titles” within Group S.

By participating in a Title:

  • You acknowledge that the Title owner may receive aggregated participation data (as outlined in our Privacy Policy).

  • Participation does not create an employment, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship unless explicitly stated in writing.

  • Rewards and incentives are governed by published Title rules and eligibility criteria.

Group S retains full authority over platform standards, reward structure, and Title compliance.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least:

  • 13 years old (U.S.)

  • 16 years old (EU, where applicable)

If you are under 18, you confirm you have parent/guardian permission.

By using the Services, you confirm you have authority to enter into these Terms.

5. Accounts & Accuracy

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Maintain updated contact details

  • Use correct gaming usernames when submitting event participation

Group S is not responsible for missed payouts due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by users.

6. Payments, Rewards & Payouts
A. Processing

Payments, gift cards, and rewards may be processed through third-party providers.

B. Eligibility

Payouts and rewards are:

  • Based on verified participation data

  • Subject to published event/Title requirements

  • Dependent on accurate reporting by hosts

C. No Guaranteed Income

Participation in Group S does not guarantee compensation.

Payouts are conditional upon:

  • Series completion

  • Verified results

  • Compliance with Group S standards

D. Taxes

Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes, payouts, or rewards.

7. Sponsor & Contractor Agreements

Certain participants (Title owners, driver hosts, contractors, sponsors) may enter into separate agreements.

Those agreements govern specific compensation and obligations but do not override these Terms unless explicitly stated.

8. Code of Conduct

Users may not:

  • Cheat or exploit race platforms

  • Submit fraudulent results

  • Harass, threaten, or engage in toxic behavior

  • Misrepresent affiliation with Group S

  • Infringe intellectual property

Violations may result in:

  • Suspension

  • Termination

  • Forfeiture of rewards

  • Removal from Titles

Group S decisions regarding enforcement are final.

9. Intellectual Property

All Group S branding, trademarks, logos, materials, and platform systems are owned by Group S Racing LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Group S intellectual property without written consent.

Title owners retain ownership of their trademarks and branding.

Third-Party Racing Platforms

Group S events may reference or utilize third-party racing platforms including (but not limited to):

  • iRacing

  • Gran Turismo

  • F1 titles

  • Le Mans Ultimate

Group S is not affiliated with or endorsed by these publishers unless explicitly stated.

All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Platform Independence & Limitation of Control

Group S:

  • Does not control third-party gaming servers

  • Does not guarantee uptime or platform stability

  • Does not guarantee race execution by independent leagues

We are not responsible for:

  • Game server outages

  • League cancellations

  • Host mismanagement

  • Participant disputes

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Group S Racing LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Lost profits

  • Loss of competitive standing

  • Sponsor disputes

  • Third-party platform failures

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for:

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Fraudulent conduct

  • Conduct harmful to the community

  • Platform protection purposes

Termination may result in forfeiture of pending rewards.

13. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify payout structures

  • Adjust reward systems

  • Change Title rules

  • Update platform features

Changes will be posted publicly and continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Colorado courts unless otherwise required by law.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Group S Racing LLC.
