GROUP S HOSTING LICENSE AGREEMENT
Applies to all official Group S Teams, Leagues, and Event Hosts
1. Overview
Group S Racing™ allows approved Teams and Leagues to host official racing events, special competitions, and Sponsored Series on our platform. This Hosting License Agreement outlines the standards, responsibilities, and requirements for any group hosting events under the Group S brand.
Our goal is to ensure safe, fair, and high-quality experiences for drivers, sponsors, and the wider community.
By hosting events with Group S, you agree to follow the standards on this page.
2. Eligibility Requirements
2.1 Age Requirements

Hosts must be 18 or older,
OR -
If the host is under 18, a parent/guardian must act as the responsible adult, complete all required forms, and receive all payments.
2.2 Team Representation
Every team must designate one adult representative who is responsible for:

Communication with Group S
-
Payment information
-
Completion of all forms
-
Representing the team in sponsor-related matters
This representative is the “Host of Record” for the team.
3. Host Responsibilities
3.1 Culture & Community Standards
Hosts must:

Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional environment
-
Follow all Group S community guidelines
-
Ensure fair competition and enforce rules consistently
-
Promote inclusivity and safe interactions for minors and adults
3.2 Communication
Hosts are expected to:

Respond to Group S within reasonable timeframes
-
Post accurate event schedules, updates, and instructions
-
Communicate clearly with drivers before and during events
-
Report event results and any issues that occurred
3.3 Event Quality & Integrity
Hosts must ensure:

Races start on time
-
Results are recorded accurately
-
Drivers are treated fairly
-
Rules are enforced consistently
-
Streams or broadcasts (if used) are professional and free of inappropriate content
4. Sponsor Involvement & Brand Standards
4.1 Professional Representation
When a team hosts an event for or alongside a sponsor, the host must uphold professionalism in:

Logos and imagery
-
Stream overlays
-
Announcements
-
Driver communication
-
Race operations
4.2 Sponsor Protection
Sponsors are contracted only through Group S.
Hosts may not:

Contact or negotiate with Group S sponsors independently
-
Request special deals, products, payments, or services
-
Represent themselves as partners of the sponsor outside of Group S events
Any sponsor-related agreements must be handled through Group S exclusively.
5. Payouts & Compensation
5.1 Hosting Stipends
Group S provides hosting stipends to approved teams running Sponsored Series.
Exact payout amounts are subject to change at any time, based on:

Sponsor involvement
-
Event type
-
Number of verified drivers
-
Internal programs or promotions
-
Season-long adjustments
All payouts must be sent to an adult (18+), either:

The team representative
-
Or the parent/guardian of a minor host
5.2 One-Off Special Events
Group S occasionally offers payouts for one-time special events or unique sponsor activations.
These payments:

Are not guaranteed,
-
Are approved on a case-by-case basis,
-
Are at the full discretion of Group S, and
-
May change depending on sponsor partnerships and internal factors.
5.3 Payment Method
Payouts are made via:

PayPal, or
-
Wise (for international recipients)
5.4 Tax Responsibilities

Group S does not withhold taxes.
-
U.S. recipients may receive a 1099-NEC if their annual payouts exceed $600.
-
International recipients are responsible for following their own country's tax laws.
-
Parents/guardians are responsible for reporting income earned for minors.
6. Minor Participation & Safety
If any team representative, admin, or host is under 18:

A parent/guardian must complete and sign the required consent
-
All payments must be made to the parent/guardian
-
The minor may assist with hosting duties, but the adult is responsible for communication, representation, and payouts
Group S complies with COPPA, GDPR, and international youth-safety standards.
7. Event Hosting Rules
Hosts must follow these core rules when running events under the Group S brand:

Start events at the scheduled time

Ensure all drivers have clear instructions
-
Handle disputes calmly and fairly
-
Report results promptly
-
Notify Group S of any misconduct or major issues
-
Maintain high standards of race management and sportsmanship
Failure to meet these expectations may result in suspension or revocation of hosting privileges.
8. Non-Circumvention Clause
To protect sponsors, Group S, and the integrity of the ecosystem:
Hosts and teams agree not to bypass Group S for:

Sponsor negotiations
-
Direct payments
-
Side agreements
-
Custom events involving Group S partners
-
Any special requests or arrangements
All sponsor-related communications must go through Group S only.
9. Violations & Enforcement
Group S reserves the right to:

Suspend or revoke hosting privileges
-
Remove sponsored series access
-
Withhold payouts until compliance is met
-
Remove teams from the hosting program
Violations include:
-
Failing to follow event standards
-
Unsafe or inappropriate behavior
-
Circumventing Group S
-
Misrepresenting sponsors
-
Hosting for minors without parent approval
-
Breaking any policy listed on this page
10. Policy Updates
Group S may update this Hosting License Agreement as the platform expands and new legal or operational requirements arise.
Hosts will be notified when major updates occur.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By hosting events with Group S, applying for a Host License, or running a Sponsored Series, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms on this page.
