This policy outlines how we address copyright concerns in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable intellectual property laws.
1. Intellectual Property Ownership
All content, branding, trademarks, logos, systems, and materials created by Group S Racing™ are the property of Group S Racing™ unless otherwise stated.
Motorsport Titles, sponsors, and third-party racing platforms retain ownership of their respective trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials.
Group S Racing™ does not claim ownership of:

2. User-Generated Content
Users, hosts, and teams may submit or share content including:

Race results

Livestreams

Graphics
-
Logos
-
Media content

Event promotional materials
By submitting content to Group S platforms, you represent that:

You own the content, or
-
You have permission to use and share the content
You grant Group S Racing™ a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute that content within the Group S ecosystem.
Users may not upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
3. DMCA Takedown Requests
If you believe that material hosted on Group S platforms infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice including:

4. Counter-Notification Process
If your content was removed due to a DMCA complaint and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

Group S may restore content at its discretion in accordance with applicable law.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Group S Racing™ reserves the right to:

Any user or host who repeatedly violates copyright protections.
6. Third-Party Game & Publisher Content
Group S Racing™ references and coordinates events using third-party racing platforms for community purposes only.
All game titles, logos, footage, and imagery remain the property of their respective publishers.
Group S does not claim affiliation, endorsement, or ownership unless explicitly stated.
Users and hosts are responsible for complying with the terms of service and media policies of any game platform used in conjunction with Group S events.
7. Sponsor Branding
Hosts may only use sponsor logos and Title branding as authorized within official Group S events.
Unauthorized commercial use of sponsor branding outside approved Group S activities is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Group S Racing™ acts as a digital platform provider and does not actively monitor all user-generated content.
We respond to valid intellectual property complaints but are not responsible for content posted by independent users or hosts.
