3. Title & Sponsor Structure
“Titles” within Group S are marketing structures operated through the Group S platform.
Participation in a Title:

Does not create endorsement agreements

Does not guarantee financial compensation
Sponsor relationships are managed exclusively through Group S unless a separate written agreement exists.
4. Independent Event Operation
Teams and leagues operate events independently.
Group S:

Does not supervise independent league management
Group S relies on host-submitted participation data for reward coordination.
5. No Guarantee of Income or Opportunity
Participation in Group S events or Titles:
