Group S Racing™ Code of Conduct

Group S Racing™ is built on competition, community, and real motorsport opportunity. To protect the integrity of our ecosystem — including drivers, teams, leagues, and Title partners — all participants agree to the following Code of Conduct.

Participation in any Group S event, Title, Discord, website, or app constitutes acceptance of this Code.

1. Respect the Community

Treat all participants, teams, Driver Hosts, Title partners, sponsors, and staff with professionalism and respect.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment or bullying

  • Hate speech or discrimination

  • Personal attacks or threats

  • Targeted hostility or intimidation

We are building long-term motorsport relationships. Conduct should reflect that.

2. Race with Integrity

Competition should be clean and fair.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Intentional wrecking or sabotage

  • Exploiting game mechanics

  • Cheating or third-party modification

  • Collusion to manipulate results

  • Submitting false race data

Fraudulent behavior may result in:

  • Immediate disqualification

  • Forfeiture of rewards

  • Removal from Titles

  • Permanent suspension

3. Protect the Integrity of Titles & Sponsors

Group S Titles represent real motorsport companies.

Participants may not:

  • Misrepresent affiliation or endorsement

  • Use sponsor branding without permission

  • Damage sponsor reputation through misconduct

  • Claim sponsorship benefits not officially granted

Maintaining sponsor trust protects opportunity for everyone.

4. Communication Standards

All communication in:

  • Discord

  • Voice chat

  • Livestreams

  • Social media (when representing Group S)

Must remain constructive and respectful.

Excessive profanity, slurs, inflammatory remarks, or toxic behavior may result in disciplinary action.

5. Event Compliance

Each event may have specific rules set by the host or Title guidelines.

Participants must:

  • Follow published event formats

  • Respect host decisions

  • Submit accurate information

  • Adhere to reporting requirements

Failure to comply may result in disqualification or ineligibility for rewards.

6. Privacy & Safety

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Doxxing

  • Sharing personal information without consent

  • Threats of harm

  • Encouraging harassment

Community safety is non-negotiable.

7. Platform Integrity

Users may not:

  • Attempt to exploit payout systems

  • Manipulate standings data

  • Falsify participation reports

  • Circumvent platform controls

  • Interfere with reward verification processes

Group S reserves the right to audit participation data for integrity.

8. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Warnings

  • Disqualification

  • Loss or reversal of rewards

  • Suspension

  • Permanent removal from the platform

Group S Racing™ retains full discretion in determining violations and enforcement actions.

Decisions made to protect community integrity are final.

9. Off-Platform Conduct

Severe misconduct occurring outside Group S platforms that materially harms:

  • Community safety

  • Sponsor relationships

  • Brand integrity

May result in action within the Group S ecosystem.

10. Our Philosophy

We believe sim racing should be competitive, rewarding, and connected to real motorsport — without politics, toxicity, or chaos.

Race hard.

Have fun.
Respect others.
Protect the opportunity.
