Group S Racing™ Refund Policy

At Group S Racing™, we strive to keep our policies clear and fair for drivers, teams, leagues, and Title partners. Because Group S operates as a digital infrastructure and coordination platform, refund policies vary depending on the type of purchase.

Please review the sections below carefully.

1. Event Entry Fees (If Processed by Group S)

If an event entry fee is collected directly through Group S:

  • Refunds may be requested prior to the published event start time.

  • Once the event begins, all sales are final.

  • No refunds will be issued for late arrival, missed participation, or technical issues on the participant’s end.

Refund requests must be submitted before the event start time to be considered.

2. League-Hosted Events

Many events within the Group S ecosystem are hosted independently by teams or leagues.

In these cases:

  • Group S does not control event execution, scheduling, or cancellations.

  • Refunds are subject to the hosting league’s policies.

  • Group S is not responsible for league-level cancellations, delays, or disputes.

Participants should contact the league host directly for event-specific refund questions unless payment was processed directly by Group S.

3. Event Cancellations by Group S

If Group S cancels an event that was directly organized and processed by Group S:

  • Participants will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4. Memberships & Subscriptions

If Group S offers subscriptions, memberships, or digital access products:

  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods.

  • Users are responsible for canceling before renewal to avoid future charges.

Digital access products and downloadable content are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. Sponsorship & Title License Fees

Payments made by motorsport companies for:

  • Title licensing

  • Sponsorship participation

  • Marketing packages

Are governed by separate written agreements and are not subject to standard consumer refund policies unless specified in those agreements.

6. Rewards & Payout Programs

Rewards, gift cards, or payout incentives:

  • Are conditional upon verified participation and eligibility.

  • Do not constitute a purchase by the participant.

  • Are not refundable or redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated.

Group S reserves the right to deny or reverse rewards in cases of fraud, inaccurate reporting, or violation of platform rules.

7. Technical Issues

Group S is not responsible for:

  • Internet connectivity issues

  • Hardware malfunctions

  • Game platform outages

  • Third-party service disruptions

Refunds are not issued for technical issues outside of Group S’s direct control.

8. Third-Party Payment Processors

Payments may be processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Wix, Stripe, Whop, PayPal). Refund timing and processing may be subject to those providers’ policies.
